At InHouse Marketing we are excited to offer services and marketing workshops that are registered with the Management Capability Development Fund.
This is great news for small to medium sized Hawke’s Bay businesses as you may qualify for funding to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of your owners, operators and key managers.
The Management Capability Development Vouchers are only available through the Regional Business Partner Network (RBP)’s Growth Advisors.
Vouchers may be provided to a business where the Growth Advisors have identified a need for management training as part of an action plan to support the business owner to grow and innovate their business. All it takes to get started is a simple meet and greet.
Through the use of Capability Voucher Funding, eligible business owners can access a range of registered business training and coaching services and could receive up to a 50% subsidy towards the service cost. The voucher system is a co-funding arrangement which means your business must pay at least half the training costs.
We currently have two marketing services registered with RBP:
- Build A Smart Marketing Plan – This a 3-module workshop and 1:1 coaching service where you learn how to create a smart marketing plan. As it is practical and hands on you will have a robust and actionable plan at the end of the workshops.
- Website & Digital: Strategy Development & Practical Enablement – This is a bespoke training and coaching service designed for SME business owners and managers who wish to develop and carry out some (or all) of their digital strategies and website management in house, but currently lack the capability or confidence. Workshops and training covers building a Digital Marketing Strategy, completing a Website Review, and Practical Website Management & Development to help you learn the skills to implement your digital marketing plan.
- We can also build bespoke training packages to suit your specific needs.
Sessions can be carried out in person or via ZOOM at a time and location convenient for you.

Government funding rounds are limited so we recommending talking to a Growth Advisor at RBP sooner than later to find out your eligibility and get on the list.
Update Nov 2020: 100% COVID Funding was available in 2020 for eligible businesses affected by COVID, however this fund has now been fully allocated. We still recommend contacting a Growth Advisor as there are still a number of ways that your business can receive support, including but not limited to the Management Capability Development scheme.
