3: Brand Positioning - What is the Big Idea?

Identify and develop your brand positioning by defining your brand personality, and what makes you stand out from the crowd and makes your customers love you. What is the BIG Idea?

4: Marketing Strategy

Based on the previous workshops, we help you identify key Goals, Objectives and Strategies (GOS) for the next 12 months. This is your road-map, from which you can allocate resources, budget and investigate the best tactics.

5: Marketing Tactics

Together we will add the tactics to your plan (GOST). There will be many marketing tactics you can implement to achieve your goals; the trick is to choose the best ones. This is the idea generation stage. Using the 5 P’s of Marketing you will end up with a list of the specific actions, cost allocation and timelines that you will implement over the coming year.
