Back in 1996 (whew!), Megan was part of the core team that drove the re-branding of EIT Hawke’s Bay from what was then Hawke’s Bay Polytechnic. The project involved considerable consultation, both within the campus community and outside with business and cultural stakeholders and working with nationally significant design agencies.
Launching a brand of this regional significance into the community involved a plethora of different pressure points. Her role was mainly in the area of coordination and implementation, including the launch event and managing campus signage. Ongoing Brand Management was also crucial to ensure brand consistency across the main campus and regional outposts, as well as for all internal and external communications.
